The people behind the work
Orange County roots.
A patient eye.
A small studio in Costa Mesa. We believe a home should be shown with the same care that went into making it.
Our story
From Vietnam
to Newport Beach.
Victor Nguyen grew up in Vietnam with a deep appreciation for visual storytelling. He moved to Southern California, refined his craft across commercial shoots, brand campaigns and real estate film, and founded Rice Nation Media on one conviction: the homes of Orange County and Los Angeles deserve media that reflects the quality of what is being sold.
Today a small team carries that standard. Hung photographs homes across the region, Hieu and Long edit every photograph and film, and Thanh Ly, Victor's wife, looks after every client from the first call to the final delivery. Away from the studio, Thanh teaches middle school in Newport Beach.
The team
One small team.
Every frame considered.
Let's Begin
Tell us about the home.
We photograph a small number of homes each month, one at a time.
