Do I need a listing video for every property in Santa Monica?
Not always. Photography carries every listing. A film or reel adds movement, sound and the setting. We are glad to help you choose for each home.
Can you fly a drone in Santa Monica?
Where airspace allows. Santa Monica sits near Santa Monica Airport and LAX, so our FAA Part 107 certified pilot requests authorization before each flight. If a flight is not allowed, Signature Photography includes more photos instead.
Do you serve Venice, Pacific Palisades, and Brentwood?
Yes, across the Westside, including Venice, Pacific Palisades and Brentwood.
How much does real estate photography and video cost in Santa Monica?
For homes up to 2,000 sq ft: Premium Photography $300, Signature Photography $650, Premium Film or Reel $650, Signature Reel $1,200 and Signature Film $1,500. Larger homes add a set amount per 1,000 sq ft, shown on Services. Homes over 8,000 sq ft are quoted.
How fast is your turnaround in Santa Monica?
Premium photographs arrive the next day and Signature photographs in two to four days. Films and reels arrive in two to three days.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included for most Santa Monica addresses, within 50 driving miles of our Costa Mesa base. Up to 75 miles is $100.
